As you are aware, the transfer of VIG to N4 has temporarily left us unable to track and trace containers/bookings in a manner with which we are familiar. The IT department is dedicated to getting this issue resolved. My understanding is that a resolution is only days away.

Meanwhile, we have put together a short tutorial on the tracking capabilities of the ProPass website.

When checking import containers, click on availability.

Click on import containers.

Click on add to watch list.

Add the containers that you are monitoring.

The status of each container will be on the screen. From here you can click on each container for more information, etc. This screen shows all the containers you are tracking through their port dwell.
