Port Partners,

As you know, the Navis N4 terminal operating system will be deployed at VIG this weekend – May 11-13.

In order to provide adequate time for testing and refinement, VIG’s inbound truck portal will open at 0700 hours on Monday, May 14 (a delayed opening).

For Monday morning, May 14, drivers should be advised of the following:

• VIG’s inbound portal will open at 0700 hours
• NO TRUCK QUEUEING PERMITTED anywhere on VIG property prior to 0700
o This includes Renfrow Road – no queueing permitted on Renfrow
• Trucks arriving prior to 0700 will be directed back on to Route 164 / Western Freeway by Port Police Officers.
• These steps are being taken to prevent unintended congestion and delays following the 0700 opening

VIG’s regular posted hours will resume with a midnight opening (0000 hours) on Tuesday, May 15.

Thank you for your business.

Regards,

Greg
